What is Virtual Bite Size Training?

Sparks virtual Bite Size Training is a national account sales training program developed by Dynamic Reasoning's experienced team. It provides short, focused training sessions on core sales skills related to account management, account development, and optimising sales presentations. These sessions are designed to be highly engaging, easily digestible and accessed remotely, virtually.

Who can benefit from Virtual Bite Size Training?

Sparks bite size sales training is beneficial for individuals and small to medium sizes businesses looking to regularly and consistently enhance their sales skills and develop a competitive advantage.

If you would like to train a team of 4 or more we recommend our bespoke Smarter Sales training that can be personalised to your business and your training needs.

How long are the training sessions?

Each training session runs once a month starting from January 2024 (see our sales training calendar for dates) and is designed to be short and focused, lasting 1.5 hours allowing account managers to easily fit them into busy schedules. We understand that time is valuable, so we strive to deliver impactful content in a concise format.

Do we have to start in January?

No - each sales training session is discrete so you or your account team can start at any time and can then continue into the following calendar year.

Can we swap the sales training places?

Yes - if your account team changes, with new starters or changes in roles and responsibilities than we can easily swap over the training place. You just need to contact our training team who will arrange this for you. 

How are the sessions interactive?

We use mixed media tools such as Slido to run polls during our virtual training sessions to increase engagement and promote reflection. which helps to embed skills. This has been highly successful in every training course we've run.

How do I access the training sessions?

Once you have purchased your sales training places you will receive confirmation emails with instructions on how to access the session. The sessions are delivered through a secure online platform, allowing you to access them from any device with an internet connection. You will have lifetime access to the training materials, so you can revisit them whenever you need a refresher.

Can I ask questions during the training sessions?

The Sparks program is aimed at small to medium size businesses and will include a cross section of companies so to protect confidentiality we do not get into customer or company specific questions during the training course.

Can I share the training materials with others?

The training materials provided are for personal use only. They are not to be shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior permission. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our intellectual property rights.

Will the sessions be confidential?

There will be a range of companies on the virtual courses but attendee details will not be visible or shared and attendees will not be able to communicate with each other. In addition we use generic examples, not company specific data.
